SYSTEM UPGRAGE FOR HIGH GRAPHICS GAMING

I have listed my system specs below , i would like to upgrade my Processor and Motherboard and Ram , i am mainly a gamer n want the upcoming games such as battlefield 3 , MW3 , GTA V , Assassins Creed : - Revelations and such games to run at high settings without any sort of lag, i'm not looking at a very high budget but could you guys suggest some good gaming components for my Com ..... MOTHERBOARD: nForce430 (2 DIMM Slots) chipset.
PROCESSOR: AMD ATHLON 64 X2 DUAL CORE PROCESSOR 4600 + (2 CPU'S), 2.4GHz
RAM: 2 GB
DISPLAY CARD: NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 460 1 GB GDDR5
DX: DIRECT X 11
OS: WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE

I'm currently using:
Mobo: Gigabyte GA Z68XP UD3P (LGA 1155, SLI it also uses Intel Smart response tech which allows you to cache a small SSD with a regular HDD for great speeds.
CPU: Intel i5 2500K (Can be easily OC'ed to 4.5Ghz and is a high end processor. Stock is 3.3Ghz)
Ram: It's cheap so I got 8GBs of dual channel DDR3 RAM. ( The most my system has used so far is 4.5 gigs of RAM when I was playing Battlefield 3.)
GPU: GTX 580 (This runs Battlefield smooth as butter 60FPS, on ultra @1080p with AA turned of. For high you would need a minimum of a GTX 560Ti. I'm a Nvidia man so I only know about them.
