I'm stuck between Crucial and Corsair. I am upgrading my 4GB to 8GB DDR3.

Crucial seems to have solid reviews....

But this Corsair is a really good deal... I think... I just want to know what you guys think.

Thank you guys in advance. I heard the more simple the ram the better. I am not going to OC these just need a little more bump in my system.

Well I don't know about a correlation between simple and 'better', better depends on the IC, Frequncy per CAS, Voltage, etc.

Between the (2) two listed the Corsair CML8GX3M2A1333C9 is both a better deal and a better kit.

It depends critically on both your CPU and OS. OS is simple you'll need a 64-bit OS to access >4GB of RAM. The CPU and MOBO can also limit RAM density and support.

Q - What CPU?
Q - What MOBO?
Q - What OS?

CPU - AMD (not sure which one exactly... just know it's a dual core.)
Mobo - BIOSTAR N68S3+ AM3 NVIDIA MCP68S Micro ATX AMD
OS - Windows 7 64 bit

Thank you for taking the time to answer, I just didn't want to pick it due to price.
If all works out I will be writing how it went.
