What is the maximum capacity of a memory module that I can install in a Single Slot of my motherboard? pls advice

Intel Core i7 980x (3.46 Ghz)
Sapphire Radeon HD 5870 (1 GB)
Corsair XMS3 1600 6 GB (2GB x 3)

And if u want to use more than 16GB, u need to have Win7 x64 Pro or higher.
