I'm building this for my little brother, and I just want to make sure that this will work well together. The budget is between $900-$1000 and I'm trying to get the best value for my money. I was also hoping to get a lower power consumption rate, but that doesn't seem to be possible.

Are there any ideas on how to make this better? Are there any bottlenecks I'm not considering? And Do I really need a 650w PSU?
