Which motherboard should I get?

I have a $600 budget to make a gaming rig, and I am torn between two motherboards. The ASRock Z75 Pro3 and the GIGABYTE GA-Z68A-D3H-B3. The processor I am getting is an Ivy Bridge so I am leaning more towards the ASRock because of it's chipset, and it is fits my budget better(the Gigabyte goes over by a few bucks, no big deal though.) What one do you guys recommend? Thanks.

U can definitely use this one -> ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 -> ... Latest Z77...

I just build PC with this mobo and I like the BIOS, its looks like this.

Works as expected @ 4.4GHz

That is a great mobo choice. It has good power design for OC.
