Asus P8P67 Pro CPU Fan Error

Hey guys.
Almost every time I turn on my PC, it beeps, then goes:
"CPU FAN ERROR, PRESS F1 TO SETUP"
and i go to setup, and in the bios screen, the fan speed for CPU_FAN is red for about 10 secs, then gets to around 700RPM and goes blue.
Then I just boot up from there normally. No problems have appeared.
Why is this and how can I fix it? Is 700RPM good for a CPU Fan? For my CPU I have a Coolit ECO A.L.C.
