Tip: If you are going to go for an AMD Build, It's 100% worth the extra for bulldozer, If you deny then get Sandy Bridge which is equivalent or better then a similar priced bulldozer. I5-2500k Is 20-25% stronger then the x6/x4 any day... (Haven't seen bd benches yet)

PSU: Seems okay, make sure it's 80+ certified
DVD: Good.
Heatsink: Don't buy overpriced ***, go for the cm hyper plus especially since it's your first build... Hardcore OC = not the thing for first timers...
Storage: RAID? Sure if you want to. I personally would get a samsung spinpoint + SSD....

Graphics: Mehh it's okay. I would get a Radeon 6950 (just me)
