I have a:
Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E6700 @ 3.20GHz
my cpu speed is: 3.2 GHz
my ram is: 2.0 GB
my OS is: Microsoft Windows 7 (build 7600), 64-bit
and I have a 207.0 GB free disk space

i was wondering if i could change from Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family graphics/ video card to a NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT without upgrading anything else and would it still work? thasnks

You mean adding up a dedicated videocard on your motherboard? If your motherboard supports PCIE I guess you'll be able to put that 7300gt and from there you connect those dvi wires to your monitor
