Alright so i have around $2000 spending money for a sick gaming desktop, a monitor, and maybe a cheap $300 laptop for school. I am planning on building a desktop, and i would say the budget for the desktop alone will be around $1000, maybe a little more. I need help finding the best components for the price, any help is appreciated!

Approximate Purchase Date: within the next month (probably in the next 2 weeks)

Budget Range: $1500 max, prefer more around $1200

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming

Parts Not Required: monitor not part of the $1500 budget

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg and amazon

Country of Origin: US

Parts Preferences: by brand or type AMD or Intel? need expert input

Overclocking: maybe

SLI or Crossfire:if it fits budget

Monitor Resolution: i want an amazing monitor, need expert input on what's the best

(IF A GOOD GAMING COMPUTER CAN BE PUT TOGETHER FOR $1000 THAT IS PREFERRED)

This board down below will give get you a higher o/c than that Gigabyte board I posted up above and has better spacing, more features and options.

ASRock P67 EXTREME4 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Here's the new Gen3 version of that same board that just came out on the market a few days ago.
