Looks good, I can't see any problems. Except you've got a few duplications of links. I don't think you'd need two Hyper 212+s .

You don't need two heatsink nor two optical drives [not going to comment about the ethernet cable]. The DVD burner will read/write both DVD and CD. Good choice with the ASRock, they're a solid brand now. You will be satisfied. I would recommend the Samsung Spinpoint F3 but it's way overpriced. You willl have to do with Western Digital. Please be aware that some of your products have shipping fee though. Everything looks good as Martin had said haha
