GA-P55A-UD6 Boot Problem

Hy ,I have a problem with my gigabyte P55A-UD6.
I have installed on it:
-Intel core i5 750
-Msi gtx 470
-Strong power suply
-1GB DDR3 Kingmax 1600

The problem is that when I push the buton "POWER" that is placed on the motherboard,the motherboard start's but after a second it stop's and after that it try's automatticaly to start a again but it is having a shutting down. and again and....

Problem solved,the problem was by a garbage that was on the socket,the socket was a little dirty,have a great day!
