If it is 1155 socket, this one.

U can definitely use this one -> ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 -> ... Latest Z77...

I just build PC with this mobo and I like the BIOS, its looks like this.

Works as expected @ 4.4GHz

That is a great mobo choice for the CPU. It has good power design for OC.

what intel cpu?
if its an ivy bridge "K" series than a Z77, Z75 is fine
if its a sandy bridge "K" series than a Z77, Z75 or Z68 is fine

if its not a "K" series then a H77, B75 or H67 for a sandy bridge or H77 or B75 for an ivy bridge.

My processor will either be the Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

or the Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Would these work with the motherboard?
