Fan working validation

Hello,
How can I validate Fan is working fine?

Easy answer is to simply look inside the case when you turn the computer on and it should be spinning. Also you can download and install HWMoniter and it can tell you the temperatures of your processor/cores and the rpm of the fans. It is a free program that you can download at http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
