I picked the ASUS P8P67-M PRO.
I wanted a micro-atx motherboard, and one that could overclock a 2600K. At the time it was the only board that met those two requirements.
You will be disappointed if you buy the AM3 boards, the 2500K will not fit them.
On the rest, take your pick, they are all good.
The ASUS P8P67-M EVO is also a micro-atx motherboard with 4 expansion slots.
M-atx effectively precludes using dual graphics cards. Not that two can't fit, but the top card will get overly hot.
To use 16gb of ram, you will want a board with 4 ram slots.
Some smaller boards will have only two, requiring a 2 x 8gb ram kit which will be very expensive.
