Depends, some computers will say at boot, some will say in the BIOS. If neither of those are the case, then actually look on the DIMM itself and see if any of the stickers say. If all else fails you could just buy a stick of 133MHZ RAM, 133&100Mhz RAM sticks can work together, but if there is 1 stick that is 100mhz then all of them will run at 100mhz even if they are rated for 133mhz.
Oh 1 more thing, not sure how to actually check this but if your FSB (front side bus) is 100mhz, then getting 133mhz ram will have no added effect. Everything is dependant on the FSB.
