Computer won"t work right after 1 day

OK i put my computer together yesterday. I has been working fine. about 5 hours ago i left to go to my friends house and i came back and my monitor is blank. The computer seems to be running but nothing is happening.

Mobo asusp8p67 pro
Graphics GTX 480
OS windows 7 64 bit
CPU i5 2300

If anyone can give me any suggestions about what is wrong please help

Ok I turned off all the power and unplugged the power connectors. I then took out the MOBO battery ( resetting whatever) So far my computer has booted. but when i did this the first time it said not all memory was saved during the hibernation cycle. It said either to continue the restore or discard the restore and start normally. I started normally. After windows all loaded everything seemed fine, until this message showed up that says i might be using non registered windows ( or something like that " it was just saying i might not legally have this OS ) Anyway i went online and downloaded something from windows that i guess fixed that. Can anyone tell me what happened/ what is happening to my new PC?

You should give full system specifications. What power supply do you have? RAM? etc
