No false advertising. If you're referring to this statement

then what it actually says is the graphical interface just means that you see pictures instead of a dos like view of the bios you can adjust.
Or, if you mean when they talk about the amd rendering speed and such with reference to amd's crossfire is just means that when you use a video card or two they work much faster together along with the motherboards chipset/cpu connections. But only in crossfire or amd's chipset video cards, not nvidia's cards.
Sorry, no mention of onboard video that I see in the link you referenced. However, is does mention that there are NO display ports on the I/O ports.
