10 celcius idle temp with h100 on fx8120 real?? *Need Help*

Hey guys I'm not hear to brag or anything, I just find it odd that it is so low because I've not really heard of it. My CPU is stock, no component is overclocked yet in the computer. Is it realistic to be so low?

Using AMD overdrive I notice a fluctuation as high as 7 degrees at random ever few seconds. This makes me think maybe it is not reading correctly.

I only have the h100 in push mode, exhausted out of the top of the case. Im also on the Asus Sabertooth 990fx.

My GPU idle temp however seems a bit more realistic. AMD overdrive says it is 33 celcius. It is the asus 6950 2gb. The fluctuation in temperature is also not as erradic, only changing a few tenths of a degree.
