Dust maintenance

hi, im just wondering how often should you clean out your computer case of dust.i have a coolermaster storm scout case with all the fans replaced.
2- side 120mm coolermaster r4 sickle flow fans-intake-no fan filters
1- front 120mm coolermaster r4 sickle flow fan-intake
1-rear 120 mm coolermaster r4 sickle flow fan-exhaust
1-top 120mm coolermaster r4 fan-exhaust
they are all running at 100% and the tower sits on the floor on flat carpet

Well if i were you, minimum once a month.
I check my case(off the floor,no carpet)every month.
Filters require cleaning everytime.
