Looks fine, can't see any compatibility issues here. You might want to check whether 20Gbs is enough for the OS which I'm guessing will be 64bit W7, (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

I don't see a graphics card.... if you do not plan on getting one. Then that psu is ludicrously overkill. A good sub 400w would be plenty.

I too am confused by the 20GB SLC SSD. What's the reasoning?

Here is a link to that explains my reasoning. The 20GB is the fastest technology and is used to cache, not to boot. Gigabyte even makes a Mobo with the same 20GB built in.
