I'm looking at getting a motherboard and I am wondering, does RAM speed really matter say from a 1600mhz to a 2133mhz? I have basically got the idea that it isn't very important but I want to make sure.

The difference between 1333 and 1600 MHz is significant, but past that the differences are not significant.

RAM speed comparison - We're looking at a less than 2% difference from the fastest to the slowest.
