Hi there guys. Here is what I already have

Processor : Intel Pentium E2140
Memory : 2048MB (2 x 1024 DDR2-SDRAM )
Video Card: XFX HD Radeon 5670 1gb PCI-E v2.0

I'd like a mobo that has a PIC-E slot 2.0, LGA socket 775, and DDR2 RAM

If this is not possible atleast PCI-E 2.0, and DDR2 ram.

My budget is about 130$

I'd like to stick with my processor since I can REALLY OC it. it's fine if I can't, I'll buy another processor, just need a fitting motherboard.

Request:
DDR2 RAM
PIC-E 2.0 slot x1 or (x2). I wouldn't mind 2 because I actually have 2 HD5670, 2.1 and 2.0 1GB. can cross fire it.

Its time to scrap your E2140 its.... antiquefied and the DDR2 should go also. I don't think they made a LGA 775 DDR2 CF motherboard.

you'll find the E2140 on the last tier

here are a MB's for you CPU. both are good.

This would be much faster:
BIOSTAR A770E3 AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard $50

AMD Athlon II X2 250 Regor 3.0GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache $60

Mushkin Enhanced Essentials 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 $26

$136

Your biggest problem is that there many new LGA775 boards any more, and all that I know of now use DDR3 RAM.

I'd say that if you cannot find a used G'byte or Asus board relatively inexpensively (under $50), it is time to get some more modern parts.

And I say that as someone who has 3 highly OC'd Core2 systems that are good enough so I can wait for Ivy Bridge.
