Need help finding a card

Hello all, I'm building a computer for my girlfriend and she wants something that can run Sims 3. I don't feel like its a very demanding game (correct me if I'm wrong) so I was wondering what kind of card would I need to get that isn't overkill?

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Within the next week. Price honestly, as cheap as possible for what I need.

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming, the only game she wants to play is Sims 3 (high - max settings)

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: Haven't bought a GPU yet or PSU. The CPU is a i5 2400 / H67 MOBO / 4gb RAM

PARTS PREFERENCES: none

OVERCLOCKING: no

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1440x900

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Needs to run Sims 3

HD 6750/GTS 450 both can handle Sims3 fine on 1440x900

Are those cards in anyway overkill? How big of a PSU will I need for those?

around 400W, but imo they will be a little overkill, i recommend something like ATi HD5670 or GT430, they are a bit cheaper and will run Sims 3 fine on 1440x900.

Although 5670 can handle Sims3 fine,but I'd recommend getting GTS 450 if you can because it's noticeably faster.
I'd recommend a good 450W PSU for GTS 450/HD 5750

I don't think you get other suggestions because these cards can handle Sims3 fine and there is no need to get anything faster than GTS 450/HD 5750
