Am I forgetting anything?

I just finished adjusting my RAM timings and voltage and I'm wondering if I need to do anything else with regards to BIOS settings. My previous motherboard was good at detecting default settings so I never really had to deal with mucking about in the BIOS unless I was changing boot device priority. Are there any other settings that could be auto right now but that I should verify that they're correct?

I hope this isn't too broad of a question. Thanks.

I've just been having some lag issues (and I just built this thing) and I want to make sure the BIOS is configured properly. I'm going to school this week and if I have to send something back I'd rather do it now instead of later.
