Best "Bang for your buck" video card?

So, i'm looking to spend anywhere in the 0(Not really but you know what I mean)$0.00-$150.00 dollar range, all of my relatives have been lucky with their choices, I just don't want to accidently make a bad decision. I have one of every port free on my computer except AGP, and PCI. Thanks ahead of time.
