Hmm.... I would suggest this mobo...

...and either an HD 6870 or GTX 560 Ti, depending on what you have left in your budget. Either would be overkill for your current resolution (1280x1024), but would do nicely at 1080p on med-high settings.

EDIT: The components you have listed are fine. No changes suggested.

No, the board will autoclock your memory to that frequency. A couple changes in the BIOS and it's up to 1600MHz.
