Gtx 560 Ti Power consumption vs gtx 260

Hi. I currently have a gtx260 from gigbyte and a 460 watt power supply. The card runs well with no crashes or problems. Im looking to upgrade to a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560 Ti SUPER OC 1GB. Would my current psu be enough to run this card? My specs are:

3 gb DDR2 Ram;
I7 920@ stock settings
Gtx 260 @ Stock settings
460 watt psu (not sure on the branding)

Also, i use 2 moniters, one at 1920x1080 and one at 1024x1080.

The GTX560 uses less power than the GTX260, 170w Vs 182w.
