How should I upgrade my P5W Deluxe Mobo?

I inherited a system from a friend last year. The video card is practically dead, so I need to replace it ASAP, but am wondering what would be a good replacement and if there are other upgrades I should make to this motherboard. I know the components are a few years old, so would I be better not putting more more into this system?

Thanks!

How much are you willing to spend? You should still be able to get a couple more good years of gaming (I'm assuming that's what your aiming for) from that system.

depending on your tastes (Nvidia vs Ati/Amd)
for about 200 bucks and some change you could have a nice moderately poerful system. If your willing to spend more you can make it very powerful but all depends on how far your willing to go.
All in all, you have a pretty high ceiling as far as how much you can still upgrade.
