AMD x4 B60 3.3ghz bottleneck 6850 CF?

hi guys i currently have a question i finally got my computer working but i was just wondering if the 6850 x2 CF be bottlenecked by the AMD x4 b60 3.3ghz and if it does should i buy a new one or overclock?
my other specs
Motherboard: gigabyte 990fxa-ud3
PSU: tx850m
hard drive: 2x seagate barracuda 7200rpm
1x hitachi 320gb
Windows 7 Professional OEM
case: antec 1200
cpu fan: cooler master hyper 212
patriot G2 gaming ram 8gb 4x2

If you feel/see a bottleneck, oc. The hyper 212 is great for oc'eing.
