Multiple fans and only one case fan connector.

Today I received my Rosewill THOR V2 computer case. I was about to switch my cases when I realized that my motherboard only had one 3 pin case fan connector and the case came with 4 fans ( 3x 230 mm and 1x 140mm). The 3x 230mm fans each use 0.24A and I heard somewhere that one case fan connector should at a maximum can only supply 1A. I know that even 1A is a lot from only one connector so a splitter cable is most likely out of the question. The only thing I can think of at the moment is to buy a fan controller. I know my new computer case has fan control knobs but I am not sure if and how that would work. So, should I get a fan controller or does my case allow the fans to be controlled from the PSU?
(P.S. if a fan controller is the best answer I am looking for one around $30, if you know any good ones please tell me.)

Any help is appreciated!

Motherboard: IPISB-CH2 (Chicago)
Case: Rosewill THOR V2
Fans: 3x 240mm, 1x 140mm

Yes, that is an option but unfortunately when you do that there is no way to control how fast the fans go.

To further on this what about hooking up two fans to one connector? I just found a one to two 4pin adapter and would like to hook up two 120mm to my CPU pwm 4pin?

Can a board handle this?
