Parts Not Required: I have a gtx 570/case/powersupply/wanting to replace the rest

Hi, im looking to build a system to stream high quality gaming. What is the most important thing that effects streaming? I currently have a evga gtx 570hd and a really good internet connection 4up 4 down. I am looking to build around my video card, and hopefully spend no more then $1000. Im not sure if this is the right sub forum but any advice would really help.
ps- will mainly be streaming wow/hon/sc2/d3(when it comes out) and like to play in 2048x1152 res

Here is the board I plan on getting for my next build. I'm guessing it will come in somewhere around $160 by looking at the price of the new Asrock Z68 Asrock extreme4 GEN3 on newegg. That board came out on newegg a few days ago and it's selling for $190 atm. This board right down below...it's the "little brother" to that Z68 extreme4 GEN3. These GEN3 boards have the newer PCIe 3.0 slots for the next generation vid cards.
