hi while downloadinng a program my laptop is been wiped clean nothing on it at all i cant get in to get my recovery program just a blank screen

You're supposed to make your recovery disks before you start using the laptop; now you know why. Sorry to be a bitch...
Toshiba will sell you a set or you can search the net and see if anyone has them for download.
