ASRock Fatal1ty Z77 Professional - Good? Or something better?

Hey guys,

I recently ordered the ASRock Fatal1ty Z77 Professional. Is it a good board? I got it for about $310 (I know it's expensive, it's actually really cheap on newegg but the prices aren't the same in my country).

Is it a good buy? Or should I look for something else? I can get the Asus P8Z77 V-Pro too. What do you think?

I game a lot, like, a LOT! So I'll definitely Overclock.

Here are the rest of specs -

i7 3770K Processor
8GB (4x2) G.Skill RipJaws X RAM
Sapphire Radeon HD 6950 2GB
Corsair Carbide 500R Cabinet
700w PSU CM

Okay finally, what should I choose amongst these? (Ignore the price)

Asus P8Z77 V-Deluxe
ASRock Z77 Fatal1ty Professional
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H-WB WIFI
Asus P8Z77 V-Pro THUNDERBOLT

And yes, I already have the 6950 2gb and the CM 700w PSU.

But wait, 3820 is not a 'K' model.
I went for the 3770K firstly because it's Ivy Bridge (Actually I don't care) but it's a 'K' model. And I sure as hell WILL overclock!

They accept no returns in India?

Even within a month or 2 weeks?

If you buy online, they do. If you buy from a shop (Not every shop), they don't. The one I bought from doesn't accept returns.

Okay, will the Z77 Sabertooth be better or the Maximus V Formula?

I should definitely cancel the order for the Fatal1ty right?

Sorry if I'm bugging you, just wanna have the best possible thing.

Haha i totally changed my PC specs.

Bought the Asus Maximus V Extreme
Selling the 4x2 RAM to friend and getting 8x2 (16gb)
Getting the cooler you told me to buy (or something better)
