PLEASE HELP: Upgrading my 9800 GX2

Hi guys, I just bought a Gigabyte GTX 560 Ti SOC 950mhz video card to upgrade from my 9800 GX2 and was wondering whether i would actually see a difference playing games? I also wanted to know whether or not my current system would bottleneck the new card. Looking to upgrade my motherboard/processor soon. Some of my specs are: AMD Athlon 64 x2 4800+ 2.4ghz, ASUS A8N32 SLI deluxe motherboard, 4gb DDR RAM, running on Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit on a 19" LG Flatron W2061TQ at 1600 X 900. Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated!

Well I had a q9450 running at 3.5 GHz replaced my 8800 GTX, 2 in SLI, with 2 GTX 580's in Sli, ran 3D mark vantage and went from 23,000 to 28,000. Needless to say I was disappointed. The only thing I could think of is that the CPU was the Bottle neck, so I upgrade My motherboard to the 1366 platform running a i7 950 at 4GHz and am now getting 44,000 marks. So what do the answer to your question is?
