New Graphics card and Monitor

Hi Guys, I'm planning to buy a new graphics card and monitor with a budget of 400$. I want to play Battlefield 3 on highest settings.
My system config:

AMD Llano A8-3850 OC to 3,3Ghz
Corsair Vengeance 1600 Mhz 4 gig RAM
WD 2TB hard disk
Asus F1A75-V EVO motherboard
corsair 600Watt power supply

I know I could buy the HD6670 for dual graphics, but I don't think it's good enough for Bf3. I think the best option is the HD6850. So, Do you have some suggestions for a combination of graphic card and monitor?
