Are the any other things to test your psu with other than a paperclip?

Well recently my computer started powering up and powering down which is what it did when I first built it but it was just the motherboard. So since it started happening again im sending the motherboard back but I also want to test the psu but I dont have any paper clips. is there any thing else I can use?
