Does someone knows if this PSU: "BXp65-orl" would work for an ati radeon 6950? The other parts are an i5 2500k, 16gb ram (4x4) 1600MHz GSKILL SNIPER, GIGABYTE GA-P67A-UD4-B3 and 1TB SATA3 WD Caviar Black 64MB.

I couldn't find much info only this link in spanish: http://www.sym.cl/ficha/8202/

My friend has a similar computer but with an i7 2600k and 8gb ram with the same PSU and he played civ5 and sims3 and he told me there was no problems and games were working great.

The best PSU I could get here is a cooler master gx750, but with what my friend is telling me I am not sure if I should spend the extra $200 (yea it cost 200 here in my country) or use this other "BXp65-orl" PSU that comes with the case.

What do you think?

Cooler Master doesn't make the best PSU's. Also, NEVER, NEVER use the PSU that comes with a case. Once it fails, it takes ur motherboard and other components down with it. Cutdown from 16GB to 8GB or even 4GB as games don't use more than 4. Why do you think all the recommended RAM specs are only 4GB? Then get a 500w Antec/OCZ/Corsair/PC Power & Cooling. It'll power your rig with no issues. Except for Corsair Builder Series, those are crap. Pretty much any 450w-500w PSU from those 4 companies will work fine.

I wanted 16gb ram because I use virtualbox a lot, but yea I think 8 would do too. And sadly the cooler master gx750 is the only one I can get if I want to buy all at the same place, and if I buy all at one place they will build it and give me a guarantee.

I keep telling my friend his computer is gonna get fried but he insists it works perfect even for gaming.

Yeah I have the GX750, geforce gtx260, 25k, 4gb ram, 1hd. It works fine, and it only got loud when i had the 25k at 4.5ghz. (1.31v)

Worth $200? I dont think so....
