I recommend CORSAIR Vengeance 99% of the time, quality RAM and low profile with XMP profile.
And if u will get an aftermarket CPU cooler, low profile is the worry free remedy with perfect fit with any large cooler.

Depends on how much you want to spend, whether you overclock etc.
I quite like the look of the new 8GB modules (so you get 2x8GB).
I think the F3-2400C10D-16GTX looks quite decent (2x8GB modules, DDR3-2400), but then again, its probably overkill It does seem to be a good balance between price and performance though (considering its 16GB).
