Dell Inspiron 530 Dual Monitors

I have a Dell Inspiron 530 and I want to connect two monitors to it. This is a mini tower, not a slim line case. I only have the OEM 300 watt power supply. Are there any suitable video cards that I can install that will work with my existing 300 watt power supply to run two monitors? This is for web surfing, not gaming. I recently upgraded the RAM on this and I sort of have the "bug" to do other upgrades.

I ended up buying an ASUS EAH5450SILENT/DI512MD2/LP 512MB DDR2 Video Card last night. It was recommended on the 4 all memory web site and had a pretty reasonable price, plus a rebate on top of it. It seems to work just fine on my Dell Inspiron 530.

I'm trying to do the same thing, but have only the one port for monitor 1. Do I need a splitter as well as the new card?

My specs: Intel G33/G31 Express Chipset Family

a video card will usually have 2 to 3 outputs
just need to match up to the outputs on your monitors

you wont need a splitter with a video card that has multiple outputs
try to get a card that has outputs to match your monitors

the HD 5450 that Jim picked was a great choice for a multimonitor
non-gaming card
