No .EXE +

windows 7... I can not run any .exe files
also unable to use regedit or any .reg files ALSO .com don't work all virus checks are .exe
there is no .exe in the file asso. list. when I try to add one it sez Already exist. Helpppp.

What do you mean by "you can't run any .exe files" Do you mean that you can't fun any programs?
