Hello guys, i'm Rolling on the floor laughing my ass off/Oh my f*cking god (ROFLMAOMFG)

I want to build my first gaming rig, for hardcore gaming, school works and web surfing. I don't have much budget, but in a little more than a month i'll have around 2,500 bucks. Maybe more since it's my birthday next month.

I'd like to know if this build ( that I did on newegg ) will be too much for what I want to do, or correct. I will overclock and maybe SLI when I'll can.
This is what i tought;

-In win Dragon rider case
-Asus crosshair V formula mobo
-Asus matrix gtx 580 Vid card
-OCZ ZX series 1000w
-Amd phenom II 6core (maybe i'll wait for bulldozers, not sure if i need 8-cores ;)
-OCZ Vertex 3 VTX3-25SAT3-120G SSD for OS and maybe one or two of my fav games.
-G.Skill ripjaws X (2x4gb-Two times for 16gb total) RAM
-Western Digital Caviar Black WD2002FAEX 2TB HDD for storage
-ASUS Black Blu-ray Burner SATA BW-12B1ST/BLK/G/AS
-ZALMAN CNPS11X Extreme V-Shaped CPU cooler

I dont know what monitor yet, I think about 3d, is it worth it?
For peripherals I chose to go with almost only razer.Not sure if surround sound system or headset, i'll hear your toughts.

I know I got a lot of questions, but I wanna know if there is anything you'll change or add/remove. Thanks :)

well amd right now is getting their *ss whooped by intel so stay away from them. more cores is not the way to go stick with the intel i5 2500k and you will be good. 16gb's of ram is way overkill games really only use 4gb's and 8gb's is the standard. 1tb of space is a lot i dont see many people going over that.
