Safe operating temp for Phenom X6 1100T??

Hi guys, finally got around to overclocking my phenom, was wondering what maximum safe temps for this chip would be? People on the net say 62 degrees, but is this the socket temp or the core temp??

I don't allow mine to go over 55c, just to be on the safe side, although 60c is what most people say.

Is that the socket temp or the temp of the cores? Obviously the socket temp is always higher than that of the cores?

Same here ,I'm getting 54c at 100% and that has me looking for something other than stock cooler . I like a lot od wiggle room . Just can't find an easy to install small cooler .
They say 62c is max but cooler=longer life = better

My 1090T ran all summer with an aftermarket cooler in the 30s-40s maxed out.

I have 1100t with Raijintek Themis. I must say that cooler is fantastic. On prime95, after 15 minutes stress test it passed 9 iteration of test 1, and 7 iteration of test 2, CPU temp maxed out at 45C, while socket temp was 53C.
