Hi folks, back again looking for assistance

I've a stock Dell XPS8100 with an ATI 5770 as standard
I have a spare 5770 from an old build and would like to try a cross fire setup - as a starting point it is clear that I will need an upgraded PSU to handle the increased power demand, but before going ahead I'm curious as to exactly how much benefit this will make.

My concern is that I'm not sure that the second PCI card will have full bandwidth, and if then throttled will cancel out much of the benefit of the two cards

any thoughts?

(basically a gaming rig for MW2/Black ops/crysis 2 and hopefully skirim

regards
KEF

never mind being any merit, just discovered it's impossible, no suitable pci slot in these machines, what a crock :heink:
