How to reduce fan noise?

I built my computer not too long ago . I have a cooler master elite 430 case with the stock 140mm fan in front along with 2 xigmatek crystal series 120mm fans. One in front intake and one in back exhaust ( witha ahyper 212+ in between) now this gets kinda loud under full load (but the temps are great! 965 hits 45C under full load) so how can I reduce some of the noise? And also how to reduce the noise from hard drives possibly because I can't tell what's making the most noise ( 3 fans, HSF , PSU or graphics card

You can either slow down the fans, get smaller fans, improve the airflow with better wire control, or get rid of a few fans.

Smaller fans? Pfft, bigger slower moving fans are much quieter
For hd damping, you can fashion a rubber or foam cushion to set it on, and make sure all the screws holding it in place are tight
