Hi all!

How do I get some control over my CPU speed under WinXP? Under Linux I
have cpufreqd that let's me lower the CPU speed either dynamically or
manually to as low as 175 Mhz.

Under Windows I used to have a Speedstep utility on my older laptops.
This laptop supports something called 'enhanched Speedstep', but I
can't find a control utility for it anywhere...?
