Download a Toshiba recovery Disk?

I want to reinstall the pc, what do i do. could anone answer me/

If you contact Toshiba they will be happy to sell you a recovery cd set. Otherwise you need to be looking on illegal download and torrent sites. And you dont need 'A' recovery disk, you need the one for your specific model. Recovery disks are usually only good for a few different models and they are locked to work with specific bios's
