Hi i inserted my new RAM into my computer I have two slot two put ram In my computer so I just put the new one in the other slot after I put it in when I tried to turn it on the screen was just black so I took out the new ram and turned it on again and the screen is still black

Try this.

Reset the CMOS memory the right way as is described in the motherboard manual using the clear CMOS link with the power cord unplugged.
And when the battery is out, press the power button to discharge all the electricity from the system.

What will be wiped by resetting the CMOS should I get a data transfer
