ASRock 970 PRO3 motherboard opinions?

I want to get this motherboard, but a lot of customers on Newegg are upset with this motherboard. What should I do? ![:sweat:]( ":sweat:")

I'd go with a ASRock 970 EXTREME3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... over the PRO3. It has better reviews and better expansion capabilities. The only downside is that its $10 more.
