Need a new graphic card

hi gurus I am having a ASUS P7P55D deluxe mobo
PC1600 4GB KIT DDR3
SEASONIC M1211 520W PSU

I need a new graphic card for gaming and movies, I am looking at a budget at around 200-400. Currently I am targeting:

Sapphire Radeon HD7850 OC 2GB DDR5 PCIE 3.0 VGA Card S$338.00

Is this graphic card the best for my budget and is it support by my cpu specs? If not please advice

I am newbie here tell me if more information is needed

my mobo supports pcie 3.0 < The card will still work they are backwards compatible and that is a great card.

Sorry i mean i checked and my mobo only supports pcie2.0 i can't use cards with pcie3.0 right?

Any pcie 2.0 cards to recommend?
