Biostar TA990fx + 8gb ram or GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 + 4gb ram

Hello I'm going to purchase some parts and im stuck to a budget, and I am stuck between getting 2 motherboards which will depend how much ram I can buy with it. Regardless of which motherboard I get I will be getting Corsair Vengeance ddr3 1600 ram, so heres the 2 motherboards, also I will be ordering the parts by early next week.
